Audio gone in some episodes - still there if played from vlc/source

I used XMedia Recode to add a new 2 channel AAC audio track while coping the previous track and now in Firefox the new track I added/converted will play while the 2nd track that was copied will not.

So it's an encoding problem, but quick to fix.

Thanks for helping me! Still new when it comes to encodings and how it actually works when playing a file. Going to try that software, so I can use it in the future.
