I must be dumb. Where's the Pass-Thru settings?

Trying to use emby for TV on my PC (just cause of some annoyances with HDHomerun app).

However it's passing audio through raw to my decoder...and because of that I cannot control volume properly with my PC.

I've seen screen shots in this forum for PassThru settings but I cannot find them ANYWHERE.   I also hope they arent per-user cause i'd hate to change it every time I watch a movie from another device.

The first question would be what ET version you have installed, Store or Desktop?
