A server who can play 4k HDR10

Hello,

i would like a server who can play on emby movies in 4k HDR 10 can you tell me if a server can transcode any files in 4k (we are 15 on my server and many of my family use android TV or phone and can't play 4k movies with my synology DS916+ server) so can you help me please ? (i see that but is it the better for the price : https://www.ldlc.com/fiche/PB00345219.html ?)
