boro9449 2 Posted April 12, 2021 Posted April 12, 2021 I have multiple subfolders for sports. Example Sport folder, Year Folder, Event Folder. On my older server this worked but when I setup new server it shows zero items. Any help would be appreciated. I am using the Home Videos & Photos content type. Thanks!
boro9449 2 Posted April 13, 2021 Author Posted April 13, 2021 I have tried restarting the server. How many levels of subfolders will it go to video files? Thanks for your help.
Luke 42078 Posted April 13, 2021 Posted April 13, 2021 Can you please go over a specific example? How many emby libraries have you created, and what folders did you add to each one?
boro9449 2 Posted April 13, 2021 Author Posted April 13, 2021 Cycling Library which has a folder for each race. Each race has a folder for each year which has a folder for each stage which has the MP4 files.
boro9449 2 Posted April 13, 2021 Author Posted April 13, 2021 I have only the 1 library on the new server but I want to do similar for basketball and football.
Carlo 4561 Posted April 13, 2021 Posted April 13, 2021 Can you do a scan of this library and then upload your server log file?
boro9449 2 Posted April 13, 2021 Author Posted April 13, 2021 I will be able to do this in a couple hours. I want to make sure to say thanks for your help and patience!
boro9449 2 Posted April 13, 2021 Author Posted April 13, 2021 Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks! embyserver.txt
Carlo 4561 Posted April 13, 2021 Posted April 13, 2021 You log shows an item being removed from this library so there must have been some content there. Can you check the user being used to make sure you don't have any parental restrictions in use which could make the library appear empty?
Luke 42078 Posted April 13, 2021 Posted April 13, 2021 And also can you show a screenshot of what is directly under e:\cycling?
boro9449 2 Posted April 13, 2021 Author Posted April 13, 2021 I don't see any parental restrictions. It is external hard drive which is connected by USB and shared on the network Not sure what you mean by under e:\cycling

Carlo 4561 Posted April 13, 2021 Posted April 13, 2021 If you switch from folder view to video tab view do any videos show up?
Carlo 4561 Posted April 13, 2021 Posted April 13, 2021 What other libraries do you have on this server?
boro9449 2 Posted April 13, 2021 Author Posted April 13, 2021 Ok I used a different drive and files showed up. Is there an issue with external drives or something obvious I am missing?

boro9449 2 Posted April 13, 2021 Author Posted April 13, 2021 I used an internal drive with different letter and name
Happy2Play 9780 Posted April 13, 2021 Posted April 13, 2021 I guess you could test with a different library on that E: drive (E:\TEST folder).
boro9449 2 Posted April 13, 2021 Author Posted April 13, 2021 Tried changing the drive letter same issue. Weird.
