admirdante 3 Posted April 12, 2021 Posted April 12, 2021 So, here's the deal. For quite some time Trakt wouldn't sync. I've tried everything that came to mind, from deleting the config file, reauthorizing the plugin, reinstalling it, revoking access and giving it back on the Trakt site and nothing fixes the issue. I've read that they are transitioning to TMDB from TVDB and I've switched my Metadata providers for my TV Shows and still nothing. I mean, I can see that it's "syncing" something to Trakt, but those are not shows that I have in my library. For example: I watch Invincible. When I set an episode as not watched over my account (for example Episode 4), set it as watched or just play the ep on the end so that Emby itself sets it as watched and then run the Scheduled task to sync to Trakt, it doesn't sync the episode. And that's just one example. This has been a problem for at least 2 months now. It's starting to drive me nuts, nothing I've tried works. Can anyone help? embyserver.txt
Luke 42077 Posted April 12, 2021 Posted April 12, 2021 Hi there, can you please provide discussion of an example? Thanks.
admirdante 3 Posted April 13, 2021 Author Posted April 13, 2021 So, I reinstalled the plugin, deleted the .xml file beforehand, reauthorized the app and selected just my TV Library. In that Library, these are the shows: So, for example, even tho I select one ep of Fargo as watched, the plugin syncs tons of other things EXCEPT the one ep I set as watched. It syncs my anime, movies etc. but not the Ep of Fargo.
Przemek 70 Posted April 13, 2021 Posted April 13, 2021 Hello, I have the same problem second time I think. Regards.

Here are my settings for my TV Library with its metadata settings: https://i.imgur.com/kjpg0rO.png 2. A new episode of Invincible came out yesterday and it got imported into Emby. https://i.imgur.com/k9xYn5G.png 3. Here are the IDs from Invincible: https://i.imgur.com/gWLySWO.png 4. I go to the episode and set it as watched: https://i.imgur.com/VZUux1N.png 5. I go back into the scheduled task section and start the Trakt Sync Task: https://i.imgur.com/OmLLWWQ.png 6. The task is successful and the episode status didn't change on Trakt. https://i.imgur.com/nBljc3u.png The log file is attached. Best part of it all is that I watched "Nobody" yesterday and even tho I didn't select my Movie Library to sync (as described in my second post in this thread), somehow it got synced to my Trakt account. Or how me watching Mushishi is getting synced too, even tho my Anime library isn't selected to sync. https://i.imgur.com/en4nKsG.png Do let me know if you need any more info from me. embyserver.txt Edited April 16, 2021 by admirdante Explanation added. 1
admirdante 3 Posted April 19, 2021 Author Posted April 19, 2021 Well, somehow it magically fixed itself. So, there's that. 1
