Emby server won't start up

Hi there,

first of all sorry for my english but i'm not a native speaker. since the newest firmwareupdate on the qnap emby won't start fully. when i start emby i only get :"Emby Server startet. Bitte versuche es gleich noch einmal." should be something like emby server is starting. please try again later.
any ideas what i could do?
