Trouble with FLAC encoding... Not an EMBY specific issue

Okay so I am getting hit with a problem in playing back certain files with Edge... The files play fine everywhere else.. EXCEPT when using EMBY in Edge ( and directly in EDGE ) on both my phone and my computer.. I converted it to a more compressed version and it plays.. same file format as you will see from the MediaInfo TXT file output...

The problem is that this cuts compatibility using EMBY with my phone and regular browser. ( Though this is NOT an EMBY issue or I would posted it elsewhere )

Test case was loading EMBY and getting this during a shuffle of all files..

..happens occasionally, so I looked into it. The file literally plays in Firefox, and with all other players... tested other FLAC encoded files... (Coldplay)

Dropped the files directly into the browser and they do not play.. where as other FLAC files do... No copyright or protection on the files.

First is the one that would not play, and the second one after the conversion, which played. ( As shown in EDGE )

So my assumption is I am getting this issue due to something being different with Edge.. I want to try to fix this or figure it out or it means going through my entire archive and re-encoding all of those files ( which is going to be a ton of work and messy ), OR doing without using EMBY on my phone or computer or any client using EDGE.. ( and this would be missing a ton of music.. we can't have that.. )

As you can see from the specifications on the files the only differences there are the version of the encoder ( which is the same encode and overall bitrate ).. Side by Side comparison in Notepad of each one.. I still did not notice anything in particular..

I am at a loss at where to even start looking for an answer.. hoping to get some input from other people here that may lead me to understanding or a solution..

It could be the sample rate is beyond what the browser supports, also I don't recall specifics but we've seen similar things in firefox depending on the format of the headers in the flac file.
