There is a plugin in development led by @chef to do this.  IIRC it has stalled waiting for some underlying support from Emby to be added, but he would know for sure.

Part of what @chef had been waiting for has been added to Emby beta a while ago, but I think he’s busy with other stuff.

However, there is still no good way for the plugin to interface with any of the clients to add the actual skipping functionality, so that part is still missing.
