Collections wont group

Hello So I had emby recently on my old Synology server, when I checked off collections within minutes they grouped together on their own with no issues. Now I am utilizing emby on my qnap, which is much more powerful, same library of movies but this time collections isnt grouping together, i cant figure out why. Can anyone help?

In my movies section I have all the harry potter movies, and all hunger game films, in past when i had collections checked off, it woulsld group all those movies together in folders under collections. This time though, it hasnt group any of the films together.

Have you actually created a harry potter collection and added the movies to it?

Yes i created some collections on my own, isnt emby create them automatically?

Hi.  With the current release, you would need to install the AutoBoxSets plug-in for that.  In a future release, this will be built into the server (but you will still need to configure it).

Thank you thats what I must of did wring this time, on my other nas on emby i installed all plug ins before i moved the media into emby.
