Live TV results in Black Screen in place of video

When trying to play Live TV after a fresh restart of MBS it seems to work however after a show is completed attempting to start another show is hit and miss and normally results in a black screen where the video should be.

 

I have attached the Transcode Logs and Server Logs via DropBox as the form would only allow me to upload 4.03KB?

 

From what I can tell my HDHR is working as expected I can see the tuner is tuned to the channel and that the bit rate is around 11.16Mbps
