Show collections and non-collections?

So I have movies:

...
...
Smovie1
Smovie2
Smovie3
Star Trek 1
Star Trek 2
Star Trek 3
Themovie1
Themovie2
...
...

How do I get it to list them like this:
...
...
Smovie1
Smovie2
Smovie3
Star Trek Collection
Themovie1
Themovie2
...
...

Otherwise you scroll through all the movies of all collections when just browsing movies on their own.   Kinda basic, I know, I just can't find the option to show like this.  Any help?

Go to Movies.. Click on the three dots on the top menu.. when it shows you should have an option to group things into collections.

( I am on 4.5.4.0 with the Auto Box Sets Plugin )

EDIT: You may have to sort by Title and use Primary view as well .. BTW

Does not help.  I have things in grouped in collections but they don't show the collections when you list the movies.  You have to go to collections to see them.  Otherwise even though they are in collections (ie. Star Trek collection) when you look at movies it says

Star Trek 1
Star Trek 2
Star Trek 3
Star Trek 4
Star Trek 5
...

in the list instead of "Star Trek Collection" (see first message).

There is currently no way to display them together.

It must be my plugin causing the option to be available.. I think I mentioned it above and it does have to be refreshed after.. So I guess if your on a BETA installation this may be different.. The highlighted are collections and as you see no extra movies.. Works throughout the movie 'tab' adjusting the view settings using the title listing.. and it is the WebUI as well..

The setting and on the Movies Tab..

The result...

Guess it is different 🤷‍♂️

Hi.  How have you sorted your movies?  Some sorts won't collapse into collections but, also as Luke said, you cannot see both the collection and the individual contents of the collection side by side.

To me this sounds like he just wants the collection instead of the individual movies which can be done already.

That is how I would interpret this also.  But as ebr mentioned it can only be done in a specific sort order.

@Hxemby001That is exactly what I mean.  I want to see ALL movies together.  Those that are in collections shown in the collection and those not in collections shown individually.   I am not sure why anyone would want to view them any differently.  What you did look perfect.  I will try to duplicate that.

It looks great!  Thank you!
