muzicman0 84 Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 Either I don't under stand what this does, or it has been broken for quite a while. Doesn't matter which option I choose under "Date added behavior for new content:", it never sorts the episodes the way I think it should. My assumption is that the Series view should show the series that has the last episode recorded (or imported) as the first (or last) series. This is not happening for me. An example is If I go to my 'Recorded TV' library, Seal Team is the first series that is listed. The Only episode in that library was recorded on 3/24/2021, and imported on 3/25/2021. NFO shows 3/25/2021, and if I go into the details of that episode (in the web view), it also show 3/25/2021. However, I have multiple episodes of different series that have been recorded and imported after 3/25. For example, the latest episode of The Blacklist was imported on April 3, 2021, so well after, but it still shows after Seal Team. What am I missing?
Happy2Play 9783 Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 If I understand correctly it is the Virtual episodes bug (reported a couple times). Will post link if I can find it again. If you apply the unplayed filter also do it sort correctly?

Tough to know, because once I play something from this library, it is either deleted, or auto-compressed into another library (TV Shows). EDIT: Perhaps I misunderstood. If I filter to only show unplayed, AND I have sorted by last episode air date, there is no change from what I can tell. Edited April 4, 2021 by muzicman0
