Edrock200 53 Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 So a bit of an odd request, but I was curious about Embys origins, how it started, was it forked from xbmc/Kodi/something else, etc. just for my own curiosity and much to my surprise there's little to no info on this. Even the Wikipedia article doesn't have an origin date and is only 2 to 3 paragraphs long. Does anyone have a link to Embys backstory?

Guest Posted April 4, 2021 Posted April 4, 2021 I know my last bout was around 2015.. I know I haven't had a system with WMC, by default.. have definitely been messing with streaming/cloud media since 2001/2.. In my own little server planet.. with my computers and being mobile..
