Happy2Play 9785 Posted April 2, 2021 Posted April 2, 2021 Sorry but what do you mean "they remain in the same folder as nfo files"? Are your referring to m3u playlist, as Emby playlist don't reside with media?
Paulshelling 9 Posted April 3, 2021 Author Posted April 3, 2021 I have a playlists folder in the browser next to all of my libraries, all of the playlists have disappeared from there. When I go to Windows explorer, I can see that the playlists are still there as nfo files in the folder where playlists are stored. i haven't changed anything since it was working.
Paulshelling 9 Posted May 7, 2021 Author Posted May 7, 2021 Everything's working, I had to update the NFO files for each playlist. For some reason the path had changed, well the way it was written, for example A:/ being needed when it wasn't before. it may have been related to a drive being disconnected and re-connected.

Yes if media is moved/path change it will break Playlists. Playlist – Manual Migration : Emby
