Latest Section of Mixed Content Library having abnormally less items

Currently i have 4 libraries in total of which 2 are Mixed Content Library ( Anime and Documentary ). Both of these mixed content libraries are having some issue in displaying items in the latest Section where its displaying only 1,2 items for some reason . Movie and Tv based library on other hand is totally fine and shows 15,16 items normally

I have attached 3 screenshots showing that both these libraries have only 1,2 items in latest section and their My Media content is large enough to display 15-16 items maximum like it is doing for Movie and TV based library

It's because they're getting grouped into series. It's something we'll look at improving in future updates. thanks.

I am not sure if i understand this correctly. How are totally unrelated shows and movies getting grouped and being displayed as 1 or 2 items in latest section where there should have been 15-16 items ( whatever's the maximum limit)

Okey thanks i have understood it . For mixed content , emby is displaying the episodes of a tv series in latest section and eventually grouping them into the series the episodes belong to.

I hope you will agree that this is very unideal .if a mixed library is created with shows and movies , the latest section should have both the shows ( definitely not the episodes )  and movies just like its there for normal tv shows and movie based library . Just that in mixed content library , both shows and movies should be displayed while showing up in latest section . Will look forward to this . I currently have to unnecessarily create 6 libraries instead of 3 because of this very reason

Hello @Luke , been quite some time . Just curious if there has been any progress to fix this issue , i believe it won't much of a change , just need to adjust how emby displays mixed content in latest section

Thanks this issue seems to be fixed in latest beta v4.7.0.9 .Now the latest section shows enough content but there's another small issue which has cropped in now . I have created a mixed library , the issue is in folders tab ( which is the default once a mixed library is opened ) all the movies are showing up a folder , and the movie is present further inside that folder while all shows are showing up correctly as it should

There's nothing wrong in my folder structure , also this is only happening in the beta so there's that . I hope you could fix this very small issue , thanks

For example , i have added Documentary Movies folder in this mixed library which has list of movies like

Movie A ( Folder )

   Movie A.mp4 ( file ) 

Movie B ( Folder )

  Movie B.mp4 ( file )

The mixed library should directly display easy movie poster like its doing for shows but each movie has its folder inside which the actual movie is there ( Screenshot attached ) . I guess Emby is acting like my movie files are 2 folders deep while actually its just the usual single movie folder + file

I checked everything all over again , sorry for earlier confusion . The folder layout is correctly matched . Only small issue is that the folder is not having the poster of the movie that it contains
