Emby App on Firestick 4K - failed to sign in

happy to have a remote session  . . . but I am wondering on how I am going to do this on my TV?

 

On the PC it works fine.

Part of this is that I can look and fetch the info Luke and ebr have asked for being the server logs.
I could of course also just review the overall settings that relate specifically to this issue as well to make sure nothing is misconfigured.
