Autoplay issue

Hi folks, 

Following the recent windows server release update, I've noticed certain libraries won't autoplay the next episode and just hangs with the loading circle (played via firestick). 

Its a strange issue as the playback setting for autoplay in the server is set to autoplay next episode. 

 

Firestick side of things, the playback option for auto play next episode is also set to autoplay next episode. 

It autoplays next episodes correctly from certain libraries no issues and other library, it just hangs and you have to click up on the firestick and manually select the next episode which it then plays fine. 

 

No issues as far as defragment etc goes either so it's not hanging looming for parts of the video files either etc

Hi.  There has not been a recent server release. What version of the server and app are you running?

Also, can we please look at logs from a specific occurrence?
