The Emby team (and forum) operate on the assumption that you legally acquire any media you stream on the software, like from ripping DVDs for personal use with Handbrake. You will not find tutorials or recommendations for piracy here.

Guest Posted March 30, 2021 Posted March 30, 2021 (edited) Actually EMBY Media Server, does allow for LiveTV through a LiveTV tuner that can be installed.. Not for sure about more advance setups.. WE, yes even the people in this forum legally cannot point you to a place to download media due to laws concerning copyright infringement and the range of countries here.. Since EMBY is ONLY a media server.. There are many places to purchase media and download it.. A common search online should render results.. However Services which are stream only are not compatible with EMBY.. such as plugging in You Tube or Crunchyroll... For this you may want to try out KODI or use those service implicitly. ..AND yes follow Luke's guide here on the site.. should you begin. Edited March 30, 2021 by Guest
