Question about my VPN in Chrome

I connect to my emby server since weeks without issues.

Today, if I launch my webbrowser on my server (192.168.1.33), it works normally.

http://192.168.1.33:8096/web/index.html#!/home.html

If I launch same address from another computer (192.168.1.37)

I only have a "forbidden".

In server log, it seems an authentication issue, but I don't succeed in having the login form again.

Clean cache/cookies/authentication in Chrome, but same thing.

 

Any hint ?

Have you done any modification to the local ip or in network section in Network?

No. Absolutely not. That's why I wonder why. Everything is in factory default.
