gnufreak 3 Posted March 28, 2021 Posted March 28, 2021 Hi, Could you please consider not using ~/.config/Emby Theater as a location where the app saves its cache files? This directory by convention should be used to store applications' configuration. The more suitable cache location would be ~/.cache/<app name>, which many applications correctly use. The main reason it's problematic is that this directory is often quite big and unnecessarily contributes to size of backups and causes network traffic that could be avoided. Making backup exceptions for each application using ~/.config for other purposes isn't really practical. It should be enough to just except ~/.cache from backup. Could this be modified or at least made configurable? Thanks, Martin
