Getting A no playable items error

It starts playing fine then throws that error no matter what I'm playing. I tried to get log files, but when I click on logs I get an infinite busy spinner. I'm using the emby app for nvidia shield and the page keeps refreshing

Sorry Guys, I just factory reset my shield and it started working.
