UHD bdmv folders not detected

Hello,

I am running 4.5.4.0 on a new server build on Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS

I have 3 directories in home/user/files

/UHD - consisting of UHD bdmv and UHD iso

/UHDRemux - consisting on UHD mkv

/UHDTV - consisting of UHD bdmv, UHD mkv

None of my UHD bdmv folders or UHD iso files are being detected in directories with only those respective folders/files. When I create a new library and set the folder location for UHD for example /home/user/files/UHD/, emby sees the folders within. But after saving the settings and returning to Emby, I get 'no items found'. All of my local directories have the same permissions and I have nfs-kernel-server running allowing access to all 3 directories for my OPPO UDP-203 to access via ethernet which works flawlessly.

So in the case of my /UHDTV/ directory being a mix of UHD bdmv and UHD mkv, both UHD bdmv folders and UHD mkv are detected.

Any ideas?
