Emby Guide Data | Error Downloading TV Lineups

Hi,

I've tried a few times to switch from Schedules Direct to Emby Guide Data but could never get past an error retrieving the Line Ups so always stuck with SD and took out a new yearly subscriiption earlier this year to SD but have now received the email from them to say this will stop being available in June for Emby Premiere users so I've asked for a cancellation and refund from SD (and now see the threads about this in the forum).

I'm in the UK and after typing in my postcode (I've tried with spaces, eg AB1 1BA and without, eg AB11BA), I always get the following error:

There was an error downloading TV lineups. Please ensure your information is correct and try again.

Looking via web developer tools I can see a 500 Bad Request response to calls to:

https://.../emby/LiveTv/ListingProviders/Lineups?Location...

Checking the logs I can also see the following errors logged:

2021-03-26 16:24:30.767 Info HttpClient: GET https://data.tmsapi.com/v1.1/lineups?country=GBR&postalCode=...

and:

I've tried this remotely and also directly on the Windows machine the server runs from - any ideas the issue or how to resolve it?

If more info is needed I can try and dig that out / answer that.

Thanks!

stop at AB1 in your example. i.e., just enter this first half of the postcode and search on that

To anyone who can tweak the Knowledge Base I spotted a typo shown in the attached image - from: https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001848801 - it should say "...your Postal Code.." and not "..our Postal Code.." I think and then a note about only requiring the first part of the post code would really help too!

Cheers
