I believe I may have found a solution for this!

I start the video, allow 20-30 seconds to play and then pause the playback for 10-20 seconds, after than period the subtitles start appearing correctly!

Hopefully this helps @Kathy2601

@Luke I realise this probably isn't an ideal fix so I will continue to update this thread if I find any further information
