Xbox one theater update and aspect ratio

Afternoon. 

My kids have informed me that the aspect ratio for cover and fill are not working. Went to to check but there was update coming down. After the update was done, I checked and the  aspect ratio setting has disappeared. Tried rebooting the xbox one just to make sure but to no avail. 

Has this setting been taken out?
