transcoding temps, 100gb and growing

Hi, so i'm running emby on windows 10, the transcoding temp were using 250gb a few month ago, now 100gb, It never cleans itself, what should i do to fix it

There is not task for this on a system that runs continuously.  A restart of Emby will clean these abandoned files up.  One reason there is a Request to bring back the Restart plugin.

But i've restarted emby recently, nothing was cleaned
