J4C085 1 Posted March 18, 2021 Posted March 18, 2021 Hi all! First of all, I want to say that I used google and could not help myself. I recently added S*E* to my dragon ball collection files. But... It still sees episodes after hundred like Seaon 1 episode ** I refreshed my library and it still doesn't work. Can anyone please help me out here? Thank you in advance
pwhodges 2014 Posted March 18, 2021 Posted March 18, 2021 It might help to have a "Season 1" folder between the series folder and the episodes. I do that, and I've certainly never seen this happen. Paul
Guest Posted March 18, 2021 Posted March 18, 2021 (edited) In order for mine to identify in MetaX and in Emby I have to name like this.. file naming conventions take place here.. SO mine are embedded into each file.. with a cover by default.. the same service is used to identify in emby as well or something similar.. folder= \\TV\American Horror Story > Season 01 - Murder House > AHS S01E01 - Pilot.(file extension).. Then Metax has this information.. I had to indicate the season and episodeas well as show name to get it to identify through its online resources to plug in the metadata.. You might also make sure your Episode naming masking is providing for three spaces all the way through, such as 001 - 999 Edited March 18, 2021 by Guest
Happy2Play 9785 Posted March 19, 2021 Posted March 19, 2021 (edited) @J4C085 Well there are not 112 episodes in Season 1 for Aired order via TVDB. I have not compared but you need to change Display order via Series metadata to Absolute and refresh metadata to get this order from TVDB. But there is a mismatch comparing TVDB and TMDB.
