Quickest way to change default Library icons

Could someone please give me the quickest possible steps to permanently changing the default black and white ones with nicer ones.  Something, that would survive MB3 server updates.

 

BTW:  I'm curious if these 2-bit, monochrome graphics for the default library icons were inspired by MS Office 2013 UI?

In the web client mouse over the library image then click on the edit icon (pencil), or in the new beta/dev builds click on the : and then click edit.

 

Click on the "images" tab at the top of the edit screen and then browse/upload a new image for poster and thumb.

 

You can also click on the left menu and go to "Metadata Manager" and go thru each one that way.

It's better to have users using the interfaces provided so they know how to make other changes that may be required in the future.

How do you change the thumb when movies and collections are combined? No matter what, it remains the default movies image.
