CoverArt plugin Resource's

Hi all,

I get the below a lot, and also a lot for aspect ratio.

Error CoverArt: Resource not found: codec_hevc
Error CoverArt: Resource not found: codec_eac3

I have a lot of eac3 audio in my library, so would just like it to flag them.

I am no good at art work sadly, so does anyone have any that they don't mind sharing?
Does anyone have a full image pack to use with CoverArt?

If someone can come up with options that match the current icon set used in CA, I'll put them in the plug-in.
