travisms 1 Posted March 16, 2021 Posted March 16, 2021 Hi All, Auto Organize does not seem to be using TVDB as a meta source even though it is set with the highest priority and the TVDB and Auto Organize plugin are at the latest version. When looking through the logs, Auto Organize only seems to check omdb to see if the show exits: 2021-03-16 11:34:20.014 Info App: Sorting file I:\Series Auto Organize\The Skid Factory S15E09 - Cummins Patrol EP9.mp4 2021-03-16 11:34:20.019 Debug App: Extracted information from I:\Series Auto Organize\The Skid Factory S15E09 - Cummins Patrol EP9.mp4. Luke 42080 Posted March 16, 2021 Posted March 16, 2021 Hi, the tvdb data for that series is probably just cached already in emby server, but yes it will go by your library settings.

Hi Luke, This is happening with every series that only exists on TVDB and not on any other provider - it does not find the metadata. I checked and the shows data is definitely on TVDB. It is as if Auto Organize is not attempting to use TVDB at all as a provider - if I deselect all others and only keep TVDB selected as the provider then no shows organize. My troubleshooting so far has been to reinstall the TVDB plugin, change DNS servers on the Emby server to bypass any DNS blockers, downgrade and upgrade TVDB as well as check for the Anime plugin but no luck unfortunately. Anything I am perhaps missing ? If I try and manually assign it it shows me Error: Null. 2021-03-16 17:44:32.197 Warn App: No provider metadata found for The Skid Factory season 15 episode 14 2021-03-16 17:44:32.202 Error Server: Error processing request *** Error Report *** Version: 4.5.4.0 Command line: C:\Users\Emby\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\EmbyServer.dll -service Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10.0.18363 Framework: .NET Core 3.1.9 OS/Process: x64/x64 Runtime: C:/Users/Emby/AppData/Roaming/Emby-Server/system/System.Private.CoreLib.dll Processor count: 8 Data path: C:\Users\Emby\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata Application path: C:\Emby\Travis\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system System.Exception: System.Exception: No provider metadata found for The Skid Factory season 15 episode 14 at Emby.AutoOrganize.Core.FileOrganizationService.PerformOrganization(EpisodeFileOrganizationRequest request) Source: Emby.AutoOrganize TargetSite: Void MoveNext()
Solution Luke 42080 Posted March 23, 2021 Solution Posted March 23, 2021 Quote It is as if Auto Organize is not attempting to use TVDB at all as a provider - if I deselect all others and only keep TVDB selected as the provider then no shows organize. Can you try deleting this folder and then see if that helps? C:\Users\Emby\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\cache\tvdb 1
