Cant Use Internet Browser to access http://app.emby.media/ as dropdown/text fields are scrolled past

I have a linux OS Raspberry Pi running ther sever just fine. Accessing the http://app.emby.media/ from any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) on my main Windows 10 machine is having trouble. When I select a drop down menu or text field, the cursor/selecting drops down through the other fields as if I was pressing down on the down arrow key and eventually goes to the bottom of the screen, therefore I can not type in any username/password or selections. This problem isnt happening on any other website, nor any other programs on my computer.

All of them. to log-in. when identifying.

 

 on every screen it would scroll to the bottom. I unplugged my racing wheel. it was the culprit. never had any issue on any other site in the years i've had it

Yes there have been reports of other controls/joystick/gamepad causing havoc in Emby.

This is due to new MS drivers used in Windows 10.
