Downloaded transcoded videos missing subtitles

Hi

When i download with theater, if the video contained subtitles they are lost during the download.
This only happens when the downloaded file is converted/transcoded.

Have tried to select the subtitles before pressing download but it doesn't work.

Can we get any subtitles present muxed into the final mkv that is downloaded?
