emby connect

Hi Just came back from plex and all has changed... Emby running on remote server, linked to Emby Connect, I open emby theater logged in with emby connect details, server is showing  but get the error  connection error

Ok tried on many occasions to get this working and still no luck, fowled the tut,  https://support.emby.media/support/solutions/articles/44001160340-emby-connect

Servers are remote and local 

get this on both connections, both servers are showing, And are up and running .. can connect with address fine?

What did you change?

Removed the servers ... removed user connect on servers, re-connect user on server, add servers manulay, remove old not connecting servers
