Emby Configuration Backup: Does it save watched data?

I'd just like to confirm what Emby Configuration Backup actually backs up.

I'm possibly going to have to migrate servers in the near future and want to have my watched data migrate over as well (my wife, moreso than me).

This saves, yeah?

yes along with other config data

open an existing backup via the plug and you can see what it has available - obvs dont actually apply anything

and also look at the backup folder - you can see what has been backed up
