Can connect to My Cloud EX 2 Ultra in Internet

I have a WD NAS EX2Ultra and I was connected until I change my Internet supplier, from an ADSL to a fiber optic provider, the modem is a Fiberhome model HG6143D, and the NAS appears to be connected, I do connect to the server via operating system (OS 5), however I cannot do it via IP address or with Emby or WD MYCloud, picture’s show that, I have really tried everything like ports, firewall, etc.

Can you give a hand to solve the connection, that by the way does not show also in my home network

Hi, but you just said it's 192.168.1.6, that says 192.168.1.2. Which is it?

192.168.1.6 is the NAS Mycloudex2ultra location

The 192.168.1.2 is the emby server for the PC this one is ok, the NAS is unavailable
