mgworek 134 Posted March 8, 2021 Posted March 8, 2021 Hey. I had to update my credit card that I use for the monthly billing. I thought everything worked ok, it charged my new credit card on 3/4 and it gave me the same Premier Key but I keep getting emails with unsuccessful charges to my old credit card. Not sure what else you need from me to help you out. Thanks.

ebr 16169 Posted March 9, 2021 Posted March 9, 2021 Hi. Just FYI for the reader. If you forget to cancel before starting the new one, it won't be a problem. The payment system will try your old card about 4 times across about a week. After that it will give up. 1

ArnoldSteven 0 Posted April 2, 2021 Posted April 2, 2021 (edited) Hey, how you did solve this problem? I have it too. I think that the problem was in your credit card that is registered to a different address that can cause the payment to be declined. Check the zip code matches your current address. Moreover, Premier key needs to have recurring payment software if you want to be more effective and don't have these issues in the future. An automatically print recurring bills for accounts that have billing due, you can select “Monthly” from the menu. It can help them a lot. Edited April 2, 2021 by ArnoldSteven
