Unable to connect to selected server

please can you assist, weve been running Emby for months an the MSI laptop is running the server, an the phones, shield an tablets connect like a dream, but over the past 24 hours, nothing connect, "unable to connet to selected server right now Please ensure it is running and try again.

 

weve tried everything , ive uninstalled the server on laptop, uninstalled apps on devices, weve a premier account and are tottally lost.  I can see all the films an shows, an music on the latop, everthing is there an when we go to setting we can see devices that are connected but only for 2 days ago.  We have changed nothing that we know of.  Ive restarted everything inc router.

 

Please advise as were gutted .  I even tried to start a fresh but itloads rhe old server

HI there, are you sure the server is running when you try this? Are you able to use the web interface on the local machine?

hi yes servers running ive even deleted all 12tb of stuff nothing in the home can connect ....ive  done a fresh install an added just a couple files to see an still the same ...ive  made sure fire walls are off incase a plugin has altered something, ive never had issue before (only one was i was paying twice as my son installed it on a fire tv  but i   stoped payment on 2nd paypal)...really gutted were all shielding because covid,an idk whats going on,  we added a chrome plugin auto refresh as were trying getps5 so helped on are local shops.   but ive removed it an checked fire wall installed everthing from scratch am sorry but were lost ....please help
