There are some songs worth keeping but you rarely wanna hear. iTunes has a skip while shuffling feature, that'd be cool.

Some you really only wanna look up specifically, like "Imdabes" by GMCFOSHO, or lil windex songs.

It'd also be great for live songs where you got 50000000000 live versions of an album, but only wanna hear studio versions on shuffle. Adding a "live" tag to each song is doable to identify live music for the emby app. There's also a few exceptions where you'd love the live versions on shuffle too, like nirvanna's cover of The Man Who Sold the World.

It'd be great if they could just all be organized as alternate versions of a song, like alternate versions of movies are organized. However they'd have to be viewable on their original albums too. So it plays the studio version when shuffling, you can choose various live versions manually, and still manually view the the live album or wherever the hell the live versions originate from.

When I shuffle, I have an overload of live songs to skip, but don't wanna delete em.

Hi, yes I agree it's a good idea. Thanks for the feedback.
