4K content stops after every 6 seconds

Good day

I am new to emby(just started last week), I have been having issues playing 4k video on my android and web application,  the problem is after every 6 seconds 4k content just stops, I was thinking maybe it was my WIFI(even through is 300+Mb/s) so I decided to use 1080p quality even 720p same issue 

 

 

a friend allowed me to use his  server to watch another 4k content and it works fine, so i wanted to ask if anyone can help me?
