Best board or NAS to decode 4k streams

Are their currently boards (like odroid, RPI, etc.) or even NAS that delivers enough power to be able to decode 1 or 2 4k h265 streams at once ? I have an aging T710, and I would want to replace it by something a lot smaller

I wonder how a NAS based on Intel Celeron J4125, like the Synology DiskStation DS1520+, would do on this particular matter.

You could always just buy a NUC.
