there is nothing.. i have disabled conversations. But i allowed downlaods with transcoding

Ok so it's probably a download. Have you checked the Downloads section?

Looks like we don't currently display that. We can add that, but it does show the device name. That should help you narrow down which user, right?

yes this should help. Or show the user in top right wich created the downlaod task (activity section)
