Alan1111 0 Posted March 1, 2021 Posted March 1, 2021 Last week I lost navigation control on my Roku app. There is now no shuffle button, no sorting button, no Favorite (heart button) and no right arrow play button. Only things that remain on the menu bar are a magnifying glass and a settings gear. I must play each video individually...can't play by play count or marked favorites etc.

speechles 2055 Posted March 1, 2021 Posted March 1, 2021 (edited) Is this an overscan issue? Those buttons are pretty close to the edge on the grid. If this is on the grid "Does that television have a way to turn off overscan?" If this is on some other screen than the grid please show us a picture. Any camera will do. Image quality isn't important. Knowing what screen you are on when this occurs is most important. Thanks. Edited March 1, 2021 by speechles
