Playback error - No compatible streams are currently available (Please save my sanity)

Hi, I keep getting this error and have been troubleshooting it searching through similar posts on this forum for the past 5 hours. I can't figure out how to fix it! Media playback completely fails to start.

This error only happens on my iPad mini running the latest version of IOS 14.4. When I use Emby through Safari and Chrome on this device I do not get this error.

Emby works fine on the android app on my phone, and on my laptop and TV.

I am running the latest version of Emby.

Hardware acceleration is turned off.

I have attached the most recent log.

Hi there, what did you try to play and at what time?

As far as I can tell this is happening to all of my movies in my library, no matter what the video format.

I think it was the 2 fast 2 furious movie. It was an mp4 file. I played it a 9:58 NZT, about 30 mins ago
