Reset username/password having access to filesystem

I installed emby (premium) usig docker, configured username&password and then immediatel forgot them.

The forgot password feature says "Enter your username, if you remember it." but I tried few of the username I usually use but nothing happens, seems that the "Submit" button is not active.

I do have access to the filesystem and would be ok to loose some personalisation, I would only keep the libraries already created.
