Movie folder missing fine control

Hello. Well, what have I done now!! Using Windows version 4.5.4.0 everything was humming along just fine. I added a couple more documentaries and now no movie or cover has the three dots on the lower right that gives me fantastic control. Where could they have gone?

Here it is. I noticed that I am also unable to select a movie if I was adding it to a collection.

It seems if I right mouse anywhere on the icon I can get the controls I was looking for, multi select works as well. I cannot, however, arrow right or left. If for example I went Home -> Suggestions my horizontal list ends at the screen edge, I do not have that translucent right arrow.

Ok i understand. What browser and version is this? Do you have a touch input device connected?

Well sir, the strangest little thing. I had to reboot the Windows Emby box (non-Emy related) and all is well. Weird however I am old enough to just accept it and move on.
