Hey,
A friend tried to watch a series from my Emby server from her laptop and also from her phone.
With the series "Downtown Ebby" there were delays while watching and it hung very often. With the series "Death Note" it came directly to a playback error.
I have attached the logs of one attempt on the cell phone.
The server is running on a Windows 10 PC.
I must say that I never had problems with it both internally and externally.
I have a suspicion that it might be the transcoding issue?
I unchecked "Allow video playback that requires transcoding" on the account because it's incredibly CPU intensive on my PC and I've never seemed to need to transcode a video, both on my PC and on two different TVs with FireTV Stick as well as on my smartphone. How is it possible that both her laptop and her phone have to transcode the video?

Hi there, I saw one example in the log of an flv and based on your description of delays and hangs, I would say the bitrate was probably too high for the network connection. So in this case, the transcoding is needed to reduce the bitrate and make it small enough to stream smoothly.
