ffmpeg question

When I start a movie and transcoding starts with ffmpeg, which is normal but if I decide not to watch that movie ffmpeg will not die in the task manager. It just keeps running, and if I start another movie that needs transcoding, another instance of ffmpeg will start. Is this normal or something that needs to be fixed?

Which app are you using for the movie to transcode?

 

You'll probably need to raise a Github issue in the relevant repository.
