Setting up tags

Hi guys,

I want to restrict the content for a specific user to items with a specific tag and therefore I tried to whitelist the tag.
This worked fine so far but unfortunately all LiveTV channels are restricted as well.
Is this intended? Is the workaround to tag the channels as well?
When will mass tagging be available?

For batch-tagging, you might wanna try @chef's work-in-progress.
