"Play on" with web app doesn't work

Hello everyone,

Sorry to open a topic if the question has already been asked but I can't find the answer and it's driving me crazy.

I have an Emby server on a NAS and I often access the application through the web via my dedicated sub-domain emby.xxxx.xxx

Unfortunately it is impossible for me to use the iOS application to control the web app.
It works perfectly when I launch it via localhost.

Is there a special configuration for me?
I tried to add my domain name in "networks" without success.

I mean impossible because "Play on" is always empty when the web app is launched on my sub-domain.

@Ben0074 the remote control feature requires a web socket connection to your Emby Server. Perhaps when the web app is on the sub-domain, something related to your network configuration is preventing this from working. Can you look into that?
