Library not scanning Movies

I have the exact same problem.  I followed said PDF but still:

when I access the /mnt in the emby jail, the subfolders (from the TrueNAS dataset) show but the files have not been populated.

Sounds like a permissions issue to me. Emby likely does not have read access to the files.

Which pdf are you referring to? There's a pdf on here with instructions on setting up permissions for emby in the ACL manager. That should get you going.
